The story of a “marathon” order
As a twin neck bottle customer, it took seven years from the first communication between us to the first sample order.
I still remember that when David first communicated with Kathleen from our company on the Alibaba platform 8 years ago, our company had only been established for more than a year, and at that time we only had 5 products in the twin neck bottle series. At that time, David told us that his company had just started. He liked our twin neck bottle very much and hoped to get some samples to test their new product.
In this way, we arranged for David all the twin neck bottle series samples at that time, a total of 15 samples.
In the next 6 years, we delivered new twin neck bottle series products to David many times. Every time David receives our new products, he will reply to us immediately and tell us some of the latest developments of his company, so that we can have high expectations for future cooperation.
It wasn't until 2023 that we finally received good news. David decided to launch their company's twin neck bottle series of fuel additive products, and worked with us to develop and design a new twin neck bottle. In the past 6 months, we have continuously improved and tested the new mold together, and finally we have a product that looks perfect now.
After confirming the final mold, David ordered a total of 6 high cabinets of 40oz twin neck bottles last year. After the Chinese New Year this year, 3 high cabinet containers have been shipped.
At the same time, we are still developing and designing more new twin neck bottles together.
